4. Counter-Notification Procedures
If an informational listing or link has been removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice, and the party responsible believes the material was removed through mistake or misidentification, a counter-notification may be submitted pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(2) & (3). The counter-notification must contain your physical/electronic signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief, and consent to local jurisdiction.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
